Delivery Information

Whilst we endeavour to mail out your order within seven working days, please allow up to 28 days for your order to reach you.

Orders will be despatched in multiples of two bottles maximum per packet. E.g. if your order comprises of 3 or 4 bottles, you will receive 2 packages etc. etc.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return any un-used JULIAN JAY products within 14 days of purchase please print out and fill in a returns form and send this, along with the un-used products to be returned, to :-
